Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom with AT&T connectivity seen at FCC
The newest Samsung smartphone to request an approval from FCC is Galaxy S4 Zoom. Which is shown with this model number: Samsung SM-C101. So far, we’ve only found that the fact that the phone does not feature LTE, but it can run on AT&T’s 3G network. From what others are saying, T-Mobile is also a possibility.
The Galaxy S4 Zoom should be announced next month during a special event taking place in London on the 20th. Apart from this recent FCC happening, the smartphone has been confirmed, more or less, by Bluetooth SIG.
According to Engadget, the model will not see a U.S. launch any time soon. But there will be, without a doubt, a version made especially for this market.
Even so, the fact that there is no LTE support for the Galaxy S4 Zoom has made many confused. The Galaxy Camera, for instance, has that, so why not this smartphone, too? Samsung might have made a bad move considering that many of its fans were looking forward to an LTE-running handset.

Supported frequencies are, according to the FCC listing, these: HSPA+ compatible with AT&T together with quad-band GSM. Other connectivity options are the following: NFC, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The battery is 1,900 mAh.
Apart from specs and this FCC report, nothing more is known about the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom. The upcoming event in London on June 20 will hopefully shed more light into the matter.
