LG Optimus F5 P875 available in France April 29
LG Optimus F5 P875 is going to arrive on French soil very soon: on April 29th. This smartphone is one of the company’s mid-range models. Its official release happened earlier this year, more precisely in February.
Apart from France, the manufacturer will offer other countries not too long afterwards. So far, this phone can be bought if you live in either South America, Central America, the Commonwealth of Independent States or some parts of Asia. Emerging markets offering LTE networks will also see this model.
As far as rumors go, the Optimus F5 P875 might arrive on Verizon as far as the U.S. market goes. Other networks will probably follow suit quite soon. The manufacturer will be the one to tell everyone this, we patience is surely needed.
The specifications that are offered with this smartphone include its 4.3-inch IPS touchscreen sporting an amount of 960 x 540 pixels and 256ppi, 8 GB of internal storage (one microSD card slot is going to help by being able to support more space, like up to 32 GB), 1 GB of RAM, a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm dual-core CPU, a 1.3MP camera on the phone’s front and a second camera with 5MP on its back.

The battery is a 2,150 mAh unit and there is 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity for anyone interested. The OS will be Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.
As for dimensions, the Optimus F5 P875 is 126.04 mm x 64.46 mm x 9.30 mm. No word on its weight has been offered, though. Some of the apps that you can play with are the following: QTranslator (which makes it easy to scan text and then quickly translate it with the phone’s camera), Safety Care, QSlide and so on.
The Optimus F5 remains to receive a price tag. Until it does, the specifications above are sure to bring a lot of interest about this new smartphone courtesy of LG.
