Update Galaxy Note 10.1 SM-P600 to Android 4.3 XXUBMJ6 Official Firmware

Galaxy Note 10.1 SM-P600 2014 version was announced this year, more exactly last month. Which also was the release day for Android 4.3 XXUBMJ6 for the UK, Poland, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Slovakia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Russia and Romania.

In October, the same stock firmware was launched for Australia, France, Open Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Singapore, Netherlands, New Zealand, UAE, Poland, Philippines, Luxembourg, Portugal and Spain.

The new and official Jelly Bean 4.3 firmware will surely affect your tablet if it’s rooted. The two main bad things that will happen are these: the root access will be revoked and the system partition will be deleted. The two main good things: no important data will be erased and your tablet’s internal and external SD cards will not be affected.

What you’ll get in return for updating your Galaxy Note 10.1 P600 is this: zero bugs, tweaks to personalize the gadget, longer battery life, an improved performance, new apps and new features. They will be able to enhance your tablet only if it’s the model we told you to use for this guide and only if the device’s running a custom ROM. Updating another variant with this tool will brick it.

The XXUBMJ6 for a part of these countries comes with the KIES logo not activated; the firmware for few locations has the KIES logo activated. In case the KIES is activated, you are able to update the tablet by Samsung KIES, too, if you don’t like using OTA (with the Software Update button under Settings menu) or this guide. You can’t use Samsung’s software when the KIES logo isn’t activated. Galaxy-Note-10.1-SM-P600
