Mystery Motorola XT912A Leaked Images – is not the Xphone
An uninterrupted string of leaks seems to be going on right now. This time, it’s Motorola’s turn to be targeted about their supposed new XT912A smartphone. Which seems to be more of a mid-range product than anything.
When asked whether or not they have something fresh under their belt, Google said no via one of their representatives. However, that seems to be a thing of the past, because there’s a leak of something called XT912A doing the rounds on the Internet. From what reports claim, this handset should sport something like a 4.3″-4.5″ AMOLED touchscreen with a total of 720 pixels, an S4 or an S600 CPU, stock Android, 2 GB of RAM and an Adreno 320.
It remains to be seen what other sort of specs the handset will come with (if it is ever released, of course). The fact that this device will probably ship with stock Android as its operating system means more widgets to play with.
From the pics that were leaked along with the specs above, Motorola’s mysterious XT912A doesn’t have such an appealing design as past models.

Its style can be compared to what Nexus phones look like, round edges and all. The material that Motorola seems to have gone for is plain plastic, which is a pity. It’s obvious that this new model is not the Xphone.
All of this makes the handset belong to the medium level category of smartphones. This is not necessarily a bad thing, since there are many users who simply can’t afford devices made by Samsung, Apple and other big names. And who want a phone that is easy to use.
Until Motorola says something official about their so-called XT912A, we will be left to wonder at its leaked specs. And ask ourselves when the device will become available and how much will it cost. Especially with this leak running around the World Wide Web.
