Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD to be released in September

Huawei’s MediaPad 10 FHD is going to see the light of day this month.

The manufacturer announced, via a press release which they issued in Berlin, that their newest tablet, the MediaPad 10 FHD, will become available in a lot of other countries very soon. So far, only Chinese consumers can buy this gadget. The list of countries where this model will come includes the following: Korea, Germany, Russia, Sweden, Kuwait, Belarus and Bahrain.

The design of this tablet is very nice. The unit is made of an aluminum alloy that looks very good. It will definitely not leave the viewer with a heart of stone.

According to Richard Yu, Chairman of Huawei Device, the next MediaPad 10 FHD will be a device that is going to offer all sorts of stuff to various consumers and their needs. That is the aim of the company. If the user wants a product for reading an eBook or play a game, this model will happily oblige. Richard Yu said that the MediaPad 10 FHD will have what it takes to deliver the best in entertainment.

And by that he meant a list of solid specs that promise to make this tablet a great one. Which we will deny or approve in a future review. For now, these are the specifications. The MediaPad 10 FHD has a 10.1-inch IPS display with 1,920×1,200 dpi, a quad-core processor running at 1.4GHz and called K3v2. The tablet will have also a 16GPU, one 8MP cam, a second camera with 1.3 megapixels, a powerful battery, an optional keyboard dock, an Android 4.0 ICS operating system and WiFi only/3G/LTE. All of this will be incorporated in a body weighing 580 grams and measuring 8.8mm in thinness. The battery on this tablet is rumored to last over 10 hours. And the type of speed for data connection is said to be 150Mbps. Connectivity is made of one HDMI and one VGA. There is also a USB cable. Its role is to provide the user with access to Ethernet.

This model also boasts a keyboard add-on. Which means that the device can become an ultrabook.

Sound will pour via the product’s speakers. The latter feature a 5.1 Dolby surround sound technology. Its quality lies in the fact that the MediaPad 10 FHD will have no problems in delivering, according to the press release, a sound effect that you only get to hear at the cinema.
