Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 and Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 to run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean

You should brace yourselves for other Samsung products: Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 and Galaxy Tab 3 10.1. Each of them will deliver Android 4.2.2 among the specifications.

The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 will have, as its name implies, a 10.1-inch touchscreen of the WXGA TFT variety with 1,280 x 800 pixels, 149 ppi, a dual-core 1.6 GHz Intel processor (), 16 and 32 GB of storage space and 1 GB of RAM. Other specifications are the following: Android 4.2 Jelly Bean (the out of the box version), a 1.3-megapixel cam on the front and a 3-megapixel camera on the back. Some of the features: MHL link for TV Out and Smart Remote. The applications that this tablet will have are all developed by the manufacturer. One of the possibilities that come with this model: the owner can use the Tab 3 10.1 with his or her TV.

The Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 has already appeared online via leaks. If you look closely at the leaked photos, this gadget comes with a bezel that’s very slim. But there is another camera you can use for different reasons: this one boasts 1.3-megapixels.

Like the other tablet, the Tab 3 8.0 will have apps made by Samsung. The most important one is called Reading Mode; your eyes will thank you if you use it. Then you get S Translator, Dolby Surround (to use when playing videos back) and many others. The operating system is Android 4.2.2 JB (again, the default variant).

Both the Galaxy S4 and the Tab 3 8.0 offer a feature known as Group Play. This will prove to be very exciting, according to the South Korean manufacturer, to everyone who buys either of the gadgets.

For now, we have the specifications of both tablets to keep us company until Samsung released them. But no one knows anything about how much the devices are going to cost. Nonetheless, the manufacturer did say that those interested in the tablets shall be able to buy them this month.
