Sony Xperia Z may be available at T-Mobile USA
Sony Xperia Z has every chance of landing on T-Mobile USA. According to news sites, the smartphone seems to be go through tests held by the network. TmoNews says that the handset has the code name of Yuga. The news site also shows a photo of the device for everyone to check.
The fact that the Xperia Z is undergoing tests is not proof enough that this model will actually end up on T-Mobile USA. So it’s best to wait and see. But if everything goes well in the testing room, then the phone may go on the market eventually.
While we wait for more info, we should add some data on the specifications that this Sony handset sports: a 5-inch full high definition touchscreen, a 1.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, a 13MP camera (with Exmore RS) on the back, 2 GB of RAM, Adreno 320 graphics processor unit, 16 GB of internal storage, Android Jelly Bean and a second camera (on the front) boasting 2 megapixels.
The resolution of the smartphone’s display is 1920 x 1080 pixels. A microSD card slot is also offered by the Xperia Z; this will be able to accommodate a maximum of 32 GB cards if you wish for more storage for the phone.

Compared to other models, this one was made to offer protection against natural elements such as water (half an hour in water will not damage it) and dust. Recent reviews performed of this smartphone concluded that it had issues with the cam software. Also, the design is not that great, in the sense that it doesn’t provide enough ergonomics. The major pros of this Xperia Z are its solid and durable body and the great way it performs.
These being said, the Sony Xperia Z is still undergoing a bunch of tests which T-Mobile USA has prepared for it. We will tell you more once we find out how they went.
