We finally have news about the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G T-Mobile. More exactly, about its release date and price.
After some wait for Samsung’s newest smartphone, the Galaxy S Relay with 4G for T-Mobile, consumers can breathe a sigh of relief. This device will become available in a couple of weeks, namely on the 19th of September. Which means that Samsung is faster than Apple with their iPhone 5 release. The Galaxy S Relay is featured on T-Mobile’s 42Mbps+ network.
The list of specifications of this smartphone looks like this: a 4″ SAMOLED touchscreen, 800 x 480 pixels, a sliding 5-row QWERTY touchscreen, a 1.5-GHz Dual Core Snapdragon S3 processor (produced by Qualcomm), 5-megapizel cam (situated on the device’s rear, not the front), the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system (no Jelly Bean for now), a memory of 1GB of RAM and a second camera, this time a 1.3-megapixel one (on the front).
The phone costs $150 on-contract after a mail-in rebate (this mail-in rebate is $50).
An official press release was offered by T-Mobile USA, Inc. themselves. Who announced that Samsung’s latest smartphone, the Galaxy S Relay, was released with full 4G support. Besides mentioning the specs of this device, the network carrier announced that the device leverages their 4G (HSPA+ 42) network.
