Samsung announces 4.7-inch dual-SIM Smartphone dubbed Galaxy Win
Samsung is ready for a new smartphone release with their Galaxy Win model. The device saw the light of day for the very first time earlier today.
Not only is the South Korean manufacturer on a roll these days, what with their recent Galaxy S4, they have already unleashed the list of specs of their Galaxy Win. Here is what it contains: a 4.7-inch touchscreen, a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, a 2,000 mAh battery, 8 GB of internal memory (a microSD can be used to expand that to a total of 40 GB), 1 GB of RAM and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as operating system. The resolution of the display is 800 x 480 pixels, which is not that much. In order to snap pics and shoot videos, you can use the handset’s on-board VGA cam (on the device’s front) and a 5-megapixel shooter on the rear of the Galaxy Win (this cam sports 720p HD recording).
As for looks, this model’s body is smaller than the company’s Galaxy S3. The colors that are available for the Win are these: Titan Gray and Ceramic White.

How about features? Samsung’s newest smartphone is set to bring Easy Mode, Motion UX and many more. The Easy Mode is an improved user interface. The type of functions it offers are such, that they will help the users of the phone get around quickly and easily, especially those who aren’t very good with smartphones. You can turn this feature off if you don’t want to use it anymore.
Another thing that are sure to pique the interest of people who want the Galaxy Win is the following: you can buy the device as either dual-SIM or single SIM flavor.
If we consider the specifications of the Galaxy Win, we can safely assume it belongs in the mid-range category. How much it will cost and when it will be launched, Samsung is yet to say something on the matter.
