Galaxy S4 GT-I9500, the Exynos 5 version, is finally going to join the smartphones to receive, at last, a guide on how to root it. If your handset already features Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean XXUAMDL firmware, you need to take a look at some pre-requisites and then follow some steps we have in our third paragraph.

Requirements

Your S4 I9500 is on its way to be rooted after you first read these pre-requisites:

  • charge the battery of this phone;
  • make backups using our tutorials;
  • flash USB drivers that are fit for this model on your laptop;
  • use the smartphone that is not locked to a carrier;
  • also, make sure your S4 GT-I9500 is not factory locked;
  • turn on USB debugging by tapping on Menu, going to Settings, opting for Applications and then selecting Development; when done, check whether or not USB debugging mode is enabled.

That was all for our requirements. The warranty of your handset is going to be taken out of it after you perform this tutorial. Unroot the device if you want it back.samsung-galaxy-s4-GT-I9500
